About Me

 

Hi, I’m Emily — a yoga teacher, movement guide, and lifelong student of the body. I’ve been practicing yoga since I was a teenager, and teaching since I was 19. Over the years, it’s become so much more than movement — it’s my passion, my release, and the way I reconnect to myself again and again.

I’ve trained extensively throughout Canada, the U.S., and India, deepening my understanding of yoga, mobility, breathwork, and embodiment. Whether you meet me on the mat in person or online, my goal is always the same: to help you feel more at home in your body and more grounded in your life.

Outside of teaching, I’m a mother, a nature lover, and someone who’s endlessly curious about what it means to live fully and with intention.

My Yoga Journey

My yoga journey began as a teenager — curious, searching, and needing something steady. Yoga became that steady place for me. What started as a physical practice quickly became my anchor, my therapy, and my path to deeper connection.

At 19, I began teaching, and I’ve never looked back. I’ve trained in a variety of styles and modalities across Canada, the U.S., and India, always seeking to learn more and grow both personally and professionally. The beauty of this practice is that it evolves with you — and my teaching reflects that. I blend traditional yoga, mobility work, and breath-based movement to create classes that are supportive, strong, and deeply nourishing.

Yoga is my passion, my creative outlet, and my way of serving. I teach from the heart and from lived experience — always learning, always holding space for transformation.
